Many first came to know of the Copper Canyons via Chris McDougall’s ‘Born to Run’, but The Sierra Tarahumara has always been a mecca for running, gravel style biking and wellness activities. The trails to run and paths to ride are as magical as anywhere on the planet – truly in the middle of nowhere but also the center of everywhere you want to be all at once.

The amazing runs, rides, hikes, etc are just part of the experience for those that wander down to experience the Canyons with us. Music, local cuisine, dance, ancient traditions, temezcals, all shared with our Raramuri brothers and sisters. When you sit around the fire here at night you will know your connection to these lands, the people of these lands, and those that wandered here with you will be part of you forever. These lands offer the perfect opportunity for your group to have an adventure that will be life impacting.

In addition to Entre Amigos, we have two other awesome venues that we use as ‘home base’ for our adventure camps - The beautiful Eco Lodge San Isidro high in the Sierra among the Oaks and Pines above Urique, and the Mansion Tarahumara ‘Castle’ perched directly above the Copper Canyon and just minutes from the Parque Adventura a world renown adventure park and the historical Raramuri community of Mogotavo. Along with Entre these two lodges truly could be nowhere else but the Sierra Tarahumara. These venues and locations represent the best of the best and three unique ‘vibes’ allowing you to craft an overall experience that is truly ‘like no other’!
